01. Intellectual Property
Century Roleplay is a community-driven roleplay environment for Multi Theft Auto San Andreas. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks, logos, and game assets are the property of their respective owners.
Custom assets, scripts, and creative works produced specifically for Century Roleplay remain the intellectual property of the Century Roleplay development team unless otherwise stated.
02. Assumption of Risk
Participation in roleplay involves interaction with other users. Century Roleplay does not monitor all real-time interactions and is not responsible for the conduct of individuals within the server.
"Users participate at their own risk. Roleplay may involve mature themes, conflict, and intense scenarios. Viewer and player discretion is advised."
03. Service Availability
While we strive for unmatched performance, Century Roleplay provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding server uptime, data persistence, or the absence of bugs/glitches. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services without prior notice.
04. Monetization
Financial contributions (Donations) are voluntary and are used to support server infrastructure. These are non-refundable.
